I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is super convenient, close to the Hobby airport and in a decent area. The service was a bit rocky as they couldn't find my reservation at first but eventually sorted it out. The dining experience with smoked meats was a highlight, although it could be improved. The facilities were good overall.

I was pleasantly surprised that we actually made a reservation, despite the staff seeming a bit taken aback. The housekeeping service was excellent throughout my stay. The hotel is very close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers, but the neighborhood isn't the best.
